In Nashville and Madison, TN sedation dentistry is increasing in popularity. Why? It’s easier than ever to find an option that suits your needs. Sedation dentistry offers you a safe and highly effective method of making your time in the dentist’s chair relaxing and pain-free.
It’s great for those with dental anxiety or phobias and offers you the ability to get more done in the dental chair, meaning fewer appointments when work needs to be done. Here at Madison family dental we offer sedation dentistry for those who want help relaxing during dental procedures.
There are numerous options for sedation dentistry, including:
Nitrous Oxide (also known as laughing gas).
Oral conscious sedation, which involves an oral medication to relax you during your appointment.
To find out about these options as well as a variety of preventative and cosmetic dental procedures, make an appointment for a dental consultation with Madison family dental.

Is fear keeping you from getting dental work done? Dental anxiety can be enough to keep people from getting the oral care they need and deserve and it can snowball into bigger problems, risking your smile and your health. Don’t put your smile and your health in jeopardy by letting your fears get the better of you. For those who have dental anxiety, sedation dentistry offers a safe method of relaxation that eliminates apprehension in the dentist’s chair.
And even if you’re not overly anxious about a trip to the dentist many choose sedation dentistry because it offers the option of a longer appointment instead of multiple shorter appointments to get work done. Only, you don’t feel as if you’ve spent a long time in the dental chair because of your state of calm and relaxation. Many say that time flies during their appointments.
Beyond sedation dentistry options, we strive to make every appointment as relaxing and anxiety-free as possible. Doctor Raj as well as their team of office staff, dental assistants, and hygienists strive to make every patient comfortable and relaxed. Your oral health is our priority and we get great reviews as Madison Family Dental who care.
